The Geothermal system was installed in late 2004. The system won't reach peak efficiency for one year, as the earth needs to settle around the earth loop. Winter indoor temperature was maintained at 73°F. Winter 2005-2006, thermostat was turned down to 70°F due to a problem with the system.
